The beautiful teahouse is situated in a picturesque park, the former fortress park. The teahouse once belonged to St. Bernardus Hospital. Patients could relax and stroll in the park, especially those suffering from tuberculosis, who came here daily to enjoy the fresh air. Today, the teahouse is simply an idyllic spot – purely decorative, of course. The building is nicely furnished, but locked.
