Language was laid out in 1808 with an English-style parkland avenue and was transformed into a landscaped park towards the end of the 19th century, incorporating the existing Dahle floodplain. Several old pedunculate oaks, linden trees, and chestnut trees remain.

Count von Bünau had the palace gardens laid out in 1808, along with a palace road in the English style. Towards the end of the 19th century, the park was transformed into a landscaped park, incorporating the existing Dahle meadows. Especially in spring, the park offers a vibrant display of color with thousands of blooming anemones.
