Tradition even when eating. An old Alsatian dish is Choucroute garnie. Here you get Sauerkraut in Weiswein boiled with sausages Wienerle and Montbeliard sausage. In addition come Specksorten which are all strongly gekökelt, as a supplement Potatoes.
