The church in Gozdowice was built in the 15th century as a small late Gothic building. In the 18th century, the church underwent a thorough renovation. New windows were made and the walls were plastered. Another renovation in the 19th century was combined with the expansion of the church. A new part was added from the east, wider and longer than the medieval building. At the beginning of the 20th century, a neo-Baroque tower was added.

The Church of the Immaculate Conception in Gozdowice (formerly Güstebiese) was built in the 13th century and is located in the Cedyniaer (Zehdener) landscape park on a hill on the Oder bank with a beautiful view of the Oder valley

The church was built in the 13th century as a medieval field stone construction. She changed hands several times, was evangelical in the meantime, to become a Catholic church again in 1945. It has been expanded several times.
