Hiking
The carriage, also known as the camel, is a small double rock with a medium rise. With about 15 m length and 4 m height (seen on the south side) it is not a giant.
The central ridge on top of the rock runs exactly in an east-west direction and is therefore suitable for simply determining the sunrise or sunset at the equinox. Incidentally, on this day the sun sets exactly over the Hexentanzplatz, at the summer solstice further north behind the Hoppelberg, both of which are important landmarks.
