An information board on site (see also photos) clearly explains how ducks were caught.
To get to the duck decoy, you have to take a dead-end side road on the Oude Schelde. Definitely worth it, not only because of the duck decoy, but also because of the peace that this place exudes.

In collaboration with Toerisme Vlaanderen and Kempens Landschap, this unique piece of heritage underwent a thorough renovation and was made accessible to the public in 2023.
