The former Waldershof communal brewery on Walbenreuther Strasse dates back to 1872. The single-storey solid building made of plastered ashlar masonry with a hipped roof has a segmental arched entrance gate and a lift dormer window. Today the brewery, which is run by Maria Förster, is open one long weekend every month: Thursdays and Sundays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to midnight. Reservations can only be made by groups of eight or more people.
