The Ignacy Daszyński Monument is located at Na Rozdrożu Square in Warsaw's Śródmieście district. It commemorates Ignacy Daszyński, prime minister of the Lublin government in 1918. The construction of the monument was supported in 2012 by the then President of Poland, Bronisław Komorowski. The unveiling of the monument took place on November 11, 2018, during the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence.

The monument, designed by Jacek Kucaba, depicts the politician standing at a lectern. It was located near other monuments to the "Fathers of Polish Independence", including those of Roman Dmowski, Józef Piłsudski, Wincenty Witos and Ignacy Jan Paderewski. The unveiling ceremony gathered many politicians, including Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Gliński and former President of Poland Aleksander Kwaśniewski.

The monument construction committee included, among others, representatives of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, all parliamentary clubs, including the Deputy Speakers of the Sejm - Ryszard Terlecki and Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska. The author of the monument design is Jacek Kucaba.
