    The Eckbach, in the Middle Ages Leinbach, in the region called the Eck, on the lower reaches Neugraben and Leininger Graben, is a good 39 km long stream and a left or west tributary of the Rhine in Rhineland-Palatinate. There it flows mainly in the northeastern Palatinate, only the last 2 km of the stream and its mouth are in the extreme southeast of Rheinhessen.
