In the mid-1980s Guy Pirlot started his hobby in the kitchen of the wife's mother. A large 10 liter pot and a thermometer were my main tools. A nice, firm blonde was his goal. The Tripel that repeatedly flowed from the brew kettle was weighed and weighed again and again by friends and acquaintances, and each time a new, adapted brew followed. Meanwhile, this miraculous change from water, malt and hops to BEER happened in a slightly larger installation: a self-converted 50 liter copper boiler.
