Hiking

This gypsum mill was a mill system powered by the water of the Pöllat, in which calcined gypsum was crushed and transported down the Lech in sacks on rafts. It was used partly as fertilizer, but above all as plaster of paris which was very popular in the baroque and rococo periods.
