About Jürgen Hild

So new ones on it. The problem was I had to shorten the chain. I couldn't do it with my old chain tool. Even with maximum power nothing…

Short family hike at the Herrenbach reservoir. There was nothing more for my youngest, who had been ill for the past few days.

Well, that's about time! My first 200 this year.
The butt is doing relatively well and the legs also put up with the tour quite well, if it weren't for the BUT😉 I got a serious sunburn, especially on my calves. But it's my wife's fault. She always says: "Your legs are so hairy, you don't need to put…

After work there was still some gardening to do with my mother in Eybach.
Of course I combined this with a tour. And as always: Didn't take the direct route 😉
I didn't stop to take photos today. I snapped all the photos I took while driving.

Short but crisp round!
I only decided to do a quick lap about an hour before the VfB game. Since I actually wanted to be home by the time the game kicked off, I really put my foot down and got my pulse racing. But then I missed the first 15 minutes. Otherwise I would have needed a 40 cut. But what hasn…

Originally I wanted to do my first 200 in 2023 today. But then something came up. The weather (and the wind) were pretty modest at first anyway. Lots of clouds, lots of wind, but at least nicely distributed. Sometimes headwind, sometimes tailwind.
The landscape along the Blau and in the Schmiechtal is…

I would have loved to have taken part in the RTF in Cake today. But unfortunately my time was limited today, so that it only came to a short exit.
Nevertheless it was nice
The quote of the day came from a group of seniors on their ebikes that I wanted to overtake but couldn't because of oncoming bikers…

I thought it would finally get warmer at some point, but today was even colder than yesterday. But ok, I wouldn't have had time for anything big today anyway.
But compared to yesterday, at least I stayed dry today😉

I had planned the tour to Oberstdorf for a long time. Strictly speaking, even two tours: one along the Iller with a lot of gravel and one suitable for racing bikes. Today, the one suitable for racing bikes was worked through, although I had to dodge gravel roads several times because of road closures…
