Access to Vilsalpsee by car is currently only possible until 8:00 a.m. After that, you can only come back from 5:00 p.m. (road closed to traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Otherwise the car must be parked in Tannheim. From there a bus or the train goes to Vilsalpsee.
