Almost 400 meters, the water plunges here in depth. Especially in early summer, when the meltwater rushes down from the mountains, you can enjoy a unique nature experience here.

Nice view of the waterfall. In the spring, a special sight, when the melt water rushes from the mountains into the valley.

A fascinating spectacle of nature as the water plunges 400 meters into the depths.
The not too steep way there and back is well-walked with sturdy shoes and a little surefootedness.
In addition a breathtaking lake with many fantastic impressions. He did not seem to be as overrun as it is with other lakes.
However, there was a small obstacle.
At the time of my visit (3.6.2018) unfortunately a small section of the circular route was closed. The sign at the beginning of the circular route was unfortunately so small and inconspicuous that I did not see it. Thus, I have unsuspecting the way to the gate with the "locked - sign" gone and then turned back to take the path on the other side of the lake to the Vilsalpe. From the other side I have seen that several people have walked there despite the "locked sign". On my way back around the lake there were more people, so I also made my way along the closed path. At one point he became so narrow and muddy, as a snowfield and some boulders on the way sticking out, that you can not pass the section with a stroller, wheelchair or walker. Even with a bike it was very tight. As a pedestrian with a little surefootedness it is already possible, but everyone has to decide for themselves ...!

Is a very nice way. But you should not be afraid of water. Because depending on the water level of the stream a river crossing is necessary.

Always nice to visit the waterfall and a relief to cool your feet in the water.

The detour to the waterfall is worth it. Very impressive. One should follow the circular route.

The path does not go all the way to the waterfall.
