The Prinzeninsel is a peninsula in the Great Plöner See southwest of the city of Plön in Schleswig-Holstein.
The prince island, which became a peninsula in the 19th century due to artificial lowering of the water level, is about 2 km long and in places only about 30 m wide. At the southern end is the Lower Saxon farmhouse from the 17th century, which is operated today as an inn with goose and Heidschnuckenzucht. The Prinzeninsel is predominantly wooded and marshy in some banks. It is closed to motorized traffic.
