Martin Kopecký (March 5, 1777 – June 1, 1854) was the mayor of the royal town of Loket in the years 1821–1826 and the mayor of the city of Pilsen in the years 1828–1850.
Among Martin Kopecky's most significant achievements is the removal of the medieval walls around the historic center of Pilsen, in their place circular parks were created. One of their parts today bears the name Kopecky Sady after its founder.
