Eclectic new building from 1899, builder František Kotek, built on the ruins of the Renaissance house “U Zlaté kule” from the end of the 16th century. Statue of St. John of Nepomuck in Nice Rococo, probably at the end of the 18th century. Latin inscription on the facade facing Pražská Street from the beginning of the 17th century.
The house represents a characteristic part of the redevelopment of Pilsen at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
