Did you know: Under the statue of Frits Philips there is an atomic fallout shelter, complete with all kinds of facilities such as toilets. This air-raid shelter was built in the 1950s as a "learning moment" from the Second World War and then to serve for a possible atomic attack due to; the Cold War.
