The 22.4 km² large lake Selenter is the second largest lake in Schleswig-Holstein and among other things also known for its abundance of fish. There are eels, perches, pike, whitefish and roach in the lake. Here at the eastern tip there is a nice free swimming area with a large lawn and a bathing jetty.
