The route from the Fehmarnsund Bridge to Oldenburg unfortunately led more often along rural and federal roads, but with mostly well-traveled bike paths. I'm not sure if there would have been any better alternatives to go or if komoot or I did not pay attention to the planning 😉
From Oldenburg but then almost exclusively along small side roads or through field and forest trails 😊

Today's tour was then rather under the motto in midsummer weather, the beaches of Fehmarn to enjoy and swim in the Baltic Sea. Since the least in my opinion the most beautiful beach sections in the north / northwest of the island had / could I drive over the entire island. My path then took me from Burg to the Nobe monument along small side roads over the villages and past fields. Then it went on until the height Bojendorf back along the dike (it's just fantastic there to ride a bike 😊)
Back to Burg then back over the villages 😉

Today's tour then led from the Fehmarnsund Bridge to the NSG "Northern Lakeland Fehmarn" almost exclusively on / along the dike along mostly gravelly paths ... no track for fast pace, but scenic and from the perspective of a dream 😋
Back in the direction of the castle we went mostly on smaller country roads with little traffic.

Today's tour was rather a leisurely drive to explore the east of the island of Fehmarn.
The path led a lot on side roads over the villages or along mostly well-traveled gravel bike paths right on the coast / steep coast along.
The last few kilometers from the south-eastern tip of the island to just before Burgstaaken it even went along a narrow dirt track (see photos in the gallery) ... was not easy, only very slow to drive, but somehow quaint 😉

Today, I once again combined the pleasant with the pleasant 😉the visit of two football matches (Landesliga Holstein: SVE Comet Kiel vs. SSC Phönix Kisdorf 4-1 and the Verbandsliga Ost Derby: VfR Laboe vs. TSV Stein 2-5) packed in a small bike ride.
It was then mostly along a "leisurely" route, where I am especially on the outward journey some unknown sections I drove until today.

Also in 2019 I had to leave the straw figures (19 pieces) of the "Probsteier Korntage" as Probsteier undnaturally and was once again mostly enthusiastic about the ideas and attention to detail that the builders in the different villages have provided.
This tour mostly takes you along well-manicured farm roads or through small back roads across the villages. In the sections along country roads, there are almost everywhere reasonable bike paths.
This is a tour that anyone who lives near or stays here on vacation can recommend.

This tour then led in best cycling weather 🌤 almost exclusively along mostly well-navigable forest and economic roads or small side roads with very little car traffic.
Only the piece of Seekrug to Selent led on a cycle path of the main road ... there is unfortunately no alternative.
