The Hospital of the Holy Spirit was built in 1344 in Neustadt in Holstein. It was used to accommodate sick pilgrims who wanted to visit the nearby monastery Cismar. It is located directly on the bridge gate and is complemented by a chapel in the north German brick style. The hospital is one of the landmarks of Neustadt in Holstein.

The chapel was built in 1408 and served as accommodation for pilgrims on the way to Cismar Monastery. In 1853 small apartments were built, one of which is sometimes open as a museum.
