New designed promenade along Suzhou Creek and a new mixed use building with shops, cafes, restaurants, public spaces. It is (quote from the architects) 'designed to emerge like a pair of forest-capped mountains from the waterfront in Shanghai'.

Architects are Heatherwick Studio from London, UK.

The second phase for mainly residential use is still under construction (as of Jan 2024). A littel further down Moganshan Road is M50, the creative park and art space.
