Just wanted to visit Longhua Temple, but decided to also visit the adjacent Martyrs Memorial Park. I have been there maybe 15 years ago when i first arrived in Shanghai - and my wife admitted that she had never been, didn't even know of the park.
When I first went the park and the temple were direclty

The plan was that i ride my bike to Xitang Old Town, and my wife and our friends drive my car. We meet up, visit the historic town, and drive back together.
And once again this plan worked like a charm. They had left a little earlier, i did a little excursion

Yanzi was the most important student of Confucius. They built a Yanzi Institute in the Fengxian District if Shanghai, having a statue, a display of his life and work, an library and other study rooms.
