The lovingly restored Buchengasse is a connecting path between Rathausstrasse and Plankenstrasse.

In 1995, the front building on Rathhausstr. 24 and the listed workshop building in Plankenstr. 7 become necessary.

Over the years, the old beech tree became ailing, despite intensive care, and had to be felled in November 2018. At the same place, a 40-year-old red beech was planted again to preserve the charm of Buchengasse.
