Located on the border with Mechelen; right flanking lime tree. Neo-baroque chapel, built in 1913 according to a design by architect Cyr. Van den Bergh, commissioned by Benoit Van Ingelgem (see marble memorial plaque inside left). Refurbished by the parishioners of Leest in 1977 (see ceramic memorial plaque on the right).

Brick construction on a rectangular plan with three-sided closure under a gable roof (ridge perpendicular to the street, zinc). Processing of natural stone for plinths, wall ties and frames. Bell gable with round-arched door in ringed frame, flanked by ringed pilasters.
