The Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Piedade in Odeceixe is a white village church dating from the 14th-15th centuries, later enlarged in the 16th century. It has a simple, typical Algarve appearance with a Manueline triumphal arch and contains valuable religious artworks, including a silver crown from 1564. The church stands on an elevated site in the village and is still in use.
