The former Palace Hotel on Kranzplatz in Wiesbaden, a magnificent Art Nouveau building dating from 1903-1905, is now a residential building with social housing and is a listed cultural monument of the city, with its historic winter garden featuring Art Nouveau glazing having been preserved. It was a luxurious grand hotel that hosted prominent figures, but was repurposed after the war and, through renovations in the 1970s, transformed into a residential complex that retains elements of the original building.

Construction period: 1903-1905, architects Paul Jacobi (construction management) and Fritz Hatzmann (completion).
