Around the turn of the century, Orban and his wife merged the three castle domains into one large domain of approximately 90 hectares. His domain gets three accesses:

The most commonly used access was a driveway that started 500 meters south of the castle at the canal and led to the castle in two meadow arms. For this purpose, land was added to the south of the domain. After Orban's death, these lands were sold again and the northern part of the Cokeries de Marly was created.
A second was constructed in the northwest, on Koningslosesteenweg. The entrance buildings have been preserved. From this access road, today the 'Valleidreef', one had a view of the open valley on the left. The castle was reached via the current Meidoornweg, Lorkendreef and Cypressenweg.
The third entrance was the ceremonial entrance, from the west. A double driveway (still preserved today) left the castle to meet the hollow Blaesenbergweg, which was crossed by a single bridge. From here the road continued straight for another kilometer, until it reached Koningslosteenweg. The terminus of this avenue is today between exit 6 of the Brussels ring road and the intersection of Boudewijnlaan with Medialaan, west of the VTM complex. The necessary plots of land for this were already purchased by Orban - Van Volxem from 1893 onwards. Two lions were placed at the exit of the avenue, on the Koningslosteenweg (near the Poststraat). Later these were transferred to the playground.
