This project is the result of a cooperation between committed citizens (Nadine Streicher and Mirja Ossemann), the Council for City Marketing/Tourist Information, the City of Eupen of the German-Speaking Community and the Province of Liège.

The Dwarf Trail (3 km) was specially designed for children aged 3 to 10 who can go on an adventure with the dwarves.

The path was laid out along the fitness trail and is therefore also suitable for strollers. During their walk, the children will come across various dwarves, including dwarf girl Lila, dwarf Karli and Grandma Trudi, who will give them different tasks.

"If you come across a lot of little gnomes with red pointed hats in the forest on Schönefeld, that's a good sign: then the city of Eupen's new "dwarf path" is really successful.
