Former Staufer moated castle whose structure dates back to the 12th century and was rebuilt and expanded in the 15th and 16th centuries. Riet Castle now serves as an event location for events.

As early as the 12th century, a moated castle of the Hohenstaufen in Riet was handed down. In the 15th century, the massive basement floors were built on the remains of this castle, which were supplemented by four corner towers and two half-timbered floors in the 16th century. Today the castle is privately owned.
