Heulerberg nature reserve - The nature reserve is located east of the village of Riet on the western slope of the Heulerberg and has a size of 5.6 hectares.
The area in the natural area of the Neckar basin was formerly used as a quarry and today forms a heath landscape that must be kept free of pine growth at all times.
With the exception of a part in the north-west, the NSG is completely surrounded by the Strudelbachtal conservation area.
