From the well-signposted trail parking lot in Neuerode, it goes on the first 300m steeply uphill. You should really take your time, 60 meters are not to be despised. At the top you are immediately rewarded with a magnificent view of Geismar in the Südeichsfeld. Before continuing on to Silberklippe or the premium hiking path P4, you can sit down here again. Recommended is the circular route 6, it leads to just under 5.5km past the silver cliff over the meandering border path to the rest hut Gobert before it goes back to the parking lot.
