Hiking
It's the main town on the island. Simple sandy streets wind through the town, lined with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and tour operator offices. Some accommodations are just a few steps from the harbor pier, while others require a longer walk along the beach or up a hill. The car-free Vila do Abraão feels like a place untouched by time and is a wonderful base for exploring Ilha Grande.
