This idyllic little town with nine inhabitants (as of 2007) is located in the Erbschlö-Linde residential area east of the town center of Ronsdorf and the street village of Linde. In the immediate vicinity are the federal motorway 1 with the Wuppertal-Ronsdorf exit and today's state road 58 (formerly federal road 51). Local buses also run here at least every hour.

Story:

The first written mention of Kleinbeek as In der Beek was in 1547. In the late Middle Ages and the early modern period, the place belonged to the Erbschloe estate in the Lüttringhausen parish of the Beyenburg district.

In 1832 Kleinbeek belonged as Beek to the Marscheider Rotte on the rural outskirts of the town of Ronsdorf. The place, categorized as a hamlet according to the statistics and topography of the Düsseldorf administrative district, had six residential buildings and three agricultural buildings at the time. At that time there were 30 residents in the village, two Catholic and 28 Protestant. In the community encyclopedia for the province of Rhineland from 1888, four residential buildings with 36 inhabitants are specified.
