The thatched roof house stands at the edge of the forest, as it looked about 300 years ago. It belongs to the canton of Aargau and is maintained expertly. The straw roof had to be covered with reeds, because the straw of today's cereals is no longer suitable. One may visit the house from the outside and should take care of the house and the environment.
