Het Springendal is an approximately 355 hectare nature reserve in the extreme east of the Dutch province of Overijssel in the Twente region. It is located largely in the municipality of Tubbergen, east of the village of Vasse and north of the town of Ootmarsum on the border with the Dutch municipality of Dinkelland and Germany.
