The chapel was built in the 1770s on the Vistula slope in Góra Kalwaria. Inside are a 17th-century statue of Saint Anthony of Padua (brought from the Vistula, according to legend), a reliquary of the chapel's patron saint and an early 20th-century polychrome. Saint Anthony's Fountain near the entrance . The chapel and its surroundings are only open in connection with masses (celebrated: on the occasion of the indulgence festival on June 13 all day and from May to September on Tuesdays at 8 a.m.).
