Although the block country is officially managed as a district of Bremen, so understands the 30-acre spot in the middle of the nature reserves "Untere Wümme" and "Kuhgrabensee" rather as a separate village. Blockland is Bremen's green lung. You have a wonderful view over the meadows in the direction of Bremen. You can even see the distant cathedral towers. On the other side, there is a similar width over the river Wümme. The road meanders as well as the Wümme, and the old Baunerhäuser let you translate into another time.
