FLORA
Created around 1800 based on an ancient model, commissioned by Duke
Peter Friedrich Ludwig of Oldenburg for the Eutin Garden.
Flora was worshipped in ancient times as the goddess of flowers, blossoms, and youth.
The creation of this copy and the restoration of the original in the Eutin Castle Museum were made possible by a donation from master builder Karl-Leinz Stamer Lensahn Eutin.
