This work, signed at the base and bearing the stamp of the founder, recalls the activity of the last bell ringer of March, the Grand Georges. This character, who died in 1980, was tasked with announcing births and deaths to everyone. This statue is made of lost wax bronze and was produced in a Swiss foundry.
