Since we have not yet found any pictures of this route, we are creating this highlight.
We took the pictures in September 2018.
The tour is called Heinrich-Noe-Steig Start Brunnstein Hütte.
The tour was not too difficult for us. You should definitely be free from giddiness and sure-footedness.
There are already a few exposed positions. However, we never felt that we had to secure ourselves.
In some places you cannot even secure yourself because there are no security options available. We hope the pictures from our tour will help some to get an idea.

I have travelled this route both ways crossing and joining the hohenweg many times for maybe 30 years. It is safe but dangerous if you are not careful have the right footwear and practise common sense. In certain locations care needs to be taken because of rocks knocked down by other travellers higher than you. So latterly i used a helmet. Using the low route at the top can be challenging. Cables along the way can have broken strands that will spike one if you slide your hand along it. But it is exhilarating.
