An indescribable feeling for me, standing here after 10 days on the bike with luggage and 1,000 kilometers ridden. For me it's like for others standing on the center court at Wimbledon or in a big stadium of your favorite football club.

The velodrome was built between 2010 and 2012.
It is named after Jean Stablinski, a French cyclist who became the world road race champion in 1962.
