It is recommended to drive the trail from Hochstall. Then it is a very nice trail (S1) to be driven with great vantage points and in spring with wild garlic without end.

The trail begins above Hochstall in the curve after the riding stables, then leads along the edge of the cliff almost to Tiefenhöchstadt and then along a forest path back to the Almadlerhütte, which is also the namesake of the trail.
