Sobald ich losfahre, zählt nur noch der Moment draußen auf dem Trail. Schlechtes Wetter hält mich selten auf – nur wenn es schon vor dem Start wie aus Eimern schüttet, bleibe ich lieber daheim. Wenn die Zeit es zulässt, zieht es mich auch in den Bikepark, um ein bisschen Action mitzunehmen, aber alles in meinem eigenen Tempo.
Genauso gern bin ich manchmal zu Fuß unterwegs. Eine gemütliche Wanderung oder ein Spaziergang tut einfach gut und macht das Wochenende perfekt – entspannt und ohne Druck.
So fühlt sich Biken für mich an: Freiheit, Natur und Ruhe, ganz ohne Stress.
