Madsby Activity Park is a great green oasis for families with active kids. There are enough activities here for a day trip. A large area with a sandbox, large climbing towers and slides, swings, the new wheelchair-accessible playground with a fool's theme (based on the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen) and a large mooncar area. The Tarzan course is a hit for older children and adults. There is also a large animal section with old Danish landraces such as sheep, goats, chickens, geese and a large aviary with many small birds.

In the season from April 1st to week 42, the paid activities are open. Here there is e.g. Boat rental, the Madsby train (slow train), mini golf and shop/information, as well as the Madsby kiosk.

The Madsby train runs on weekends during the season. The first ride is at 10am. After that as needed. There may be days when the Madsby train is not running. Stay up to date via our Facebook page or look for clues on our information boards in the play park.

With more than 400,000 visitors a year, Madsby Activity Park is one of the area's main attractions for families with children.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION (2023)
Entry to the activity park is free all year round.
Only 100 m. from the train station.
Parking directly at the park: 12 kr. per hour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There are several toilets and a separate heated baby room with 2 changing tables.
Accessibility information: 2 disabled toilets and nursing chair, paths in hard-packed gravel, tile or stone dust. However hilly terrain, but partly with tiled. Because of. Wheelchair users (but not electric wheelchairs) can also use the Madsby train. Theme playground with several elements for wheelchairs.
