"Our Lumberjacks" is the name of the monument on the main street. Created by Ruhpolding sculptor Andreas Schwarzkopf in 1959, it commemorates the dangerous work of lumberjacks, for whose protection the Lumberjack Vinzenzi Association was founded in 1619. The name day of the association's patron saint, Saint Vincent of Saragossa, is celebrated annually at the end of January with a festival at the Lumberjack Monument, where the lumberjacks who have died or died are remembered.
