  • The Rudolf-Oetker-Halle (ROH) is a listed concert hall in the west of Bielefeld. The building was built between 1928 and 1930 according to plans by the Düsseldorf architects Hans Tietmann and Karl Haake and opened on October 31, 1930. The concert hall is largely in its original condition and has almost ideal acoustic conditions even by today's standards. Since 2018, the Rudolf-Oetker-Halle has been one of the stages and orchestras of the city of Bielefeld. With around 3,200 seats, 250,000 visitors annually and 700 performances, the BuO is one of the largest cultural institutions in North Rhine-Westphalia.
