Supposedly, the world-famous composer Mikis Theodorakis, whose father's family originated from nearby Galatas, found a hiding place here during political persecution in the late 1940s. In any case, it's a magical place with excellent acoustics. Access is from the beach of Kalamaki. Before that, you pass another cave.
