Historic Stassen cider orchard. Since 1895, the Stassen family has been producing artisanal cider here, respecting tradition and terroir. In collaboration with Val-Dieu Abbey, they have created two unique abbey ciders: a blond and a dark variety, both made with apples from the abbey grounds and fermented using the double fermentation method. These ciders combine the freshness of fruit with the depth of abbey beer, reflecting the rich history of Aubel and Val-Dieu.
