Hiking
The tower, which was built in 1618-21 with its distinctive 60-meter-high spire, was the final step in Christian IV's modernization of the original Frederiksborg. Since then, the tower has undergone major restoration a few times - most recently in 1899, when the entire exterior cladding with copper, slate and lead was removed and covered with folded (folded) copper plates, which we know from today.
